Designing homes in densely populated areas can pose unique challenges. This particular project, nestled within the picturesque conservation area of Thames Ditton, presented an intriguing set of circumstances. Situated on an ample plot, the property found itself enveloped by neighboring residences from all sides.

Our transformation of the ground floor was conceived to address these challenges head-on. We sought to strike a delicate balance between creating a kitchen space that exuded privacy and crafting a semi-open living area that seamlessly connected to the rear garden, offering an oasis of tranquility.

The scope of our work encompassed a comprehensive revitalization of this splendid six-bedroom property. This included a complete overhaul of plumbing and electrical systems, the integration of air conditioning, and the meticulous crafting of bespoke fitted joinery in each of the bedrooms. Our goal was to breathe new life into this residence, elevating it for modern family living.
