This idyllic site is part of a protected habitat that has site of special scientific interest status, although it does face heightened flood risk and has a history of land contamination from its previous use as a boat works facility.

Crafted with a timber frame, this innovative structure elegantly rises above the ground, supported by sturdy concrete posts to safeguard against potential flooding. Furthermore, it incorporates cutting-edge green technologies, including photovoltaic and solar thermal panels, to enhance sustainability.
