A new build project in Wandsworth.

Nestled within a conservation area, this project saw the transformation of a humble 1960s house into a spacious four-bedroom residence, boasting expansive living areas and a double-height basement dining room. Impressively, the building has earned a Level 3 certification in the Code for Sustainable Homes, thanks to the incorporation of eco-friendly technologies, including a ground-source heat pump that efficiently meets the building's heating needs.

This building received a commendation at the Sunday Times Home of the Year Awards 2015, One off house above 5000sq ft.
