Building a new house in an old neighbourhood.

This project entails the creation of a four-bedroom, newly-built house. Adhering to the rigorous requirements of local planning, this new house was thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate into the well-established character of the surrounding neighborhood.

The building incorporates numerous sustainable features, such as solar control double glazing, exceptional insulation, photovoltaic (solar) panels, solar thermal panels for hot water heating, and an air source heat pump (ASHP) as its primary heating system. Consequently, this structure has earned an impressive 'A' Energy Performance Certificate rating.
